Wife's H4 expired with H1 extension pending

Hi, my company applied for H1 extension for me when I was single. I got married and my wife's H4 got expired on 08/30 and her I94 on 09/09. Unfortunately, my H1 extension is still pending and I didn't realize that I have to file a visa extension for my wife separately. What are my options now? Thanks in advance!

Go ahead and file her I539 ASAP. If approved retrospectively then good, otherwise she can leave US and re enter on a valid H4 visa.
