Help Needed about H1B docs verification

Hi,

I am Rahul, planning to process my H1B this year through a chennai consultant. I am bit worried about the background verification thay may conduct on my Application. I was working for an employer for 1.5 years under bond and I left the company before the contract ends. So I didn't get the experience letter from that employer(I have all other doc like offer letter, pay slip etc...) I would like to know how do the US counsilate verify my docs? Will they call all the employers I mentioned and verify it? Please help me

Chance of varification is very small but they can do it. But dont worry about if u dont have that then no need to worry. Have confidence & be cool in front of VO. Specially when if s/he ask about that employeer. Good luck.
