I’m in Company A now and have an offer in Company B. Company B has done a H1 transfer and it is currently approved. Need your help in addressing few of my Q’s –
• Can I stay back in Company A even though my H1 is transferred to Company B? Note: Company A has not revoked my H1
• Is there any action which my current employer – Company A has to take ?
• Will there be any impact in my GC processing because of this should I stay back in Company A.
• What other due diligence should I take in this regard?
