Hi all,
I am on H1 in US and my wife already got h4 stamped; now she is coming to US in November. Her passport and H4 visa issued on maiden name. Are my points below sufficient for her name change from maiden to married name:
1. Planning to Change name on passport from maiden to married. ( Changing name because already in my passport her name added with Married name and in my kid passport also added her name with Married name.)
2. If she comes US- she should carry old passport with visa, new passport with name change, and marriage certificate and any other documents required?
3. Is There any change that can be done to her US visa(H4 Visa)?
Are my points valid, anything to suggest. Pls let me know.
