Hi,
My brother is on H1B and his wife went to Mumbai consulate to get H4 visa. Her application was put on hold and 221g form was given to her with the following requirement.
1) List of all clients and complete description of all active projects at petitioning employer's place of work and the benificiary workers role, if any, in them in each instant indicate who is the primary.
2) A list of all the projects, and their time lines, in which the beneficiary worker has been deployed, with a detailed explanation of the work conducted and the client in question.Include all periods of inactivity or between projects.
3) Original W-2 forms and pay stubs for every year that the beneficiary worker has worked in the U.S.
4) W-2 forms for all people employed for the petitoner.-since incorporation.
5) An explanation form by the petitioner/employer that may explain why the principal's salaries were under the minimum set by law.
(Why didn't start working until November, where he arrived in US in August.)
He came here in Aug and started working in Nov. How can we tell his company to produce all the documents? Will company give no 4?
