Hi, I got my last H1-B visa stamping in India in July 2015 and got the visa stamp till April 2016 which was my H1-B validity. In March 2016, my company applied for an extension and got my H1-B extended to April 2018. I have to go to India for an emergency next week and I am wondering if I'll be eligible for the interview waiver program? Can anyone please shed some light on my case? I am still with the same company I was with last year when I got my passport stamped. Thanks.
