H1 B - two employers - visit to India - Marriage

Hi,

I am currently on H1B with Employer1 and I got an offer from Employer2 and my H1 transfer is complete and I have the approved i797 with me. But the start date with Employer2 is in January 2017.

My wedding got fixed in November 2016. I am travelling to India and I plan to return to US with my spouse on H4 in December 2016. My questions are below.

1. Should I be worried of anything with this plan?

2. Will there be any impacts to my Visa before or after joining Employer2 in January 2017?

3. Will there be anything that I need to take care of before joining Employer2, now that I am married and my spouse got her H4 on my Employer1 visa?

What's the expiry date of the visa in your passport? Also, did the H1 approval come with a new I94?

Expiry date is 2018 currently on passport.

H1 with the new Employer, Employer2 got approved on my current i94.

But after my trip in Nov Dec, the i94 will be updated and different, I suppose.

Will that affect my joining with the Empolyer2 in January2017?

With which employer's H1 petition would your spouse attend the H4 visa interview with?

I am not sure how things will plan out after the trip, so to be on the safe side, we will be using the i797 of my current employer (Employer1) for H4 interview, not the future employer.
