Hi,
I have H1B interview scheduled 2 days from now at Chennai.
The employer is a startup in US (VC funded). I will work directly for the company. No client or third party involved.
Now, I was working in US on H1B during 2004-2005 for 6 months. I have paid taxes there while on H1.
I dont have the W2 form from 2004 now, is it absolutely necessary for the interview....? I do have a copy of one payslip from Feb 2005 (10+ years back).
Appreciate any advice since the interview date is pretty close now.
Thanks,
Bayou
