H1 b transfer- missing documentation when transfer application was submitted-URGENT

Hi.. company B initiated my H1B transfer recently.. They submitted my original I797 receipt and documents via premium processing. I had another I797 receipt from when my H1B amendment was done, which was not submitted. Can this be submitted now? Will my transfer be denied? I am joining my new job on Monday. Thanks

It will most likely cause an RFE. Was the amendment approved?
