H1 B extension
Hi,
I came to USA in Jun 2010 on L1B and went to India on Jan 2013.Again I entered to USA on H1 B in Nov 2013.( there is no cooling period of 365 days).But I came on my old H1 which I have not used in 2004.
But I was in USA from May 2007 to 30 Aug 2007 on L1 B. Since I am using my old H1 Petition (2004) will they consider my stay in USA on L1 b in 2007 ?
