I am currently on L1B from employer A. I have an H1B from another employer B which is under RFE. H1B is not applied in premium processing.
My assumption: Once my H1B is approved, it will start from Oct 1, 2016.
my question: Whenever my H1B approval is received, effective retrospective (i.e. Oct 1, 2016), how will i be able to serve the 2 week notice period to my current (L1B) employer A?
Please help me.
