Same employer different client is ammendment needed?

Hello.

I just transferred my H1 to employer A and I started with client X. Now i found a new project with client Y (client change).

While the employer remains the same and client being different do I need a H1-ammendment?

Pls note that the new client location is within 10 miles radius from the client X's location and also from where i live..
