H1B Clarification

Hey all,

I have filed H1B for this year. By Gods grace it got picked in lottery. But, from April25 till today the status is still "Name was updated". I am not able to understand what is this status for. When asked about this, my petitioner hasn't replied me properly

Can someone please help me on this. Hope everything goes well.

Have you asked your employer? 6 Months is a long time they must have gotten an RFE or something.If in rush upgrade to premium.

Yes i have asked several times. My employer keeps on saying

"There is no RFE. And if any RFE situation would have occured,then it would be before August so as we dint hear anything on that lets hope it should be on a positive note"

Is it better to convert into premium now? And how much time will it take after upgrading?

I jus spoke to my employer and asked about Premium. They are saying there is no point of upgrading to premium now. What do you suggest on this?
