Hi,
My wife recently had to change her status from L2 to H4 visa. So, she now has H4 approval...but not yet stamped.
We are planning to file H1 for her in April '06. Hopefully....if everything goes well, she should be getting H1 approval with a start date of 01-Oct-2006. Let's say that the approval comes in June '06 itself.
Now in this situation, when she travel to India in July '06.....is she required to get stamping on H4 or H1?
Please advice.
