Urgent H1 stamping - offer letter

I wanted to know if a fax/scanned copy of the offer letter from my company in US is good enough?
I don't have time left to get the original offer letter from US.
Is it necessary to have original offer letter? What are the chances of rejection because of this?

It is always advisable to go with Original docs to consulate . A scanned copy / print out might also servere ur purpose .

But u will never get a rejection because of this , u might be given a 221g form (Query sheet) to bring the original offer letter (in case if VO feels the original offer letter is reqd !!)
