Hi Friends,

Please advise the below situation
I am planning to file H1 Extn in Premium.I have
1. Amendment 1 (Location change ) which is still in process
2. Amendment 2 (from earlier location to current location change) in process

my questions:
1 Is it mandatory that All Amendments needs to be approved before i upgrade my extension to Premium?
2 Will it be an issue if i file H1 extension through premium without waiting for the Amendments result?
3. What will be impact if my H1 extension gets approved but any of those amendments gets declined?
