Hello Friends,
My wife is on H4 and yesterday(Oct 16) she has received her approval for H1B from Employer A at USCIS website. She was giving interviews in the meanwhile and Employer B is about to offer her a job. Can she transfer her H1B from Employer A to B even before she starts her job at Employer A?
I am assuming that she will be automatically transferred to H1B starting Oct 16. Am I right?
