Alphanumeric characters Problem -DS160

Hello,

I am not sure how to overcome this alphanumeric problem. I am applying for visitor's for one of my relative.
They have the address with alphanumeric characters like dash(-), dot(.). Most of these Hyderabad addresses will have this numbers.
DS 160 does not allow these characters.

Has anyone got this problem? If so, how to overcome solve this?

Replace them with spaces.
