H3 visa extension not updated on Indian embassy

Hello,

I applied for B1/B2 visa on September 2016, it got rejected.

When I asked for the reason, VO said your previous visa extension update is not available on the system.

I was into US on 2012 with H3 visa for 3 months and after that with in the US, it was extended for additional 9 months.

This is what the extension period not updated on the Indian US consulate office.

Please help me to solve out the problem.
