Hello Everyone,
My name is Rajesh, I am on H1B and will be going to India for my stamping in the lats week of November.I am working in EVC model and recently I heard that my Vendor will be auired by another company though there will be no change in my contract terms.My vendor has provided me with the Vendor letter, I also have the client letter , Employer Letter, work orders etc.However since the Vendor is getting aquired by a new company so do I need a new Vendor letter from them?
My Vendor is aquired on November 17th,2016 and I will be flying on November 19th,2016. Please let me know if I have to postpone my travel if I don't receive another letter from my Vendor or is it ok to gor for the stamping with the documents I have now.
