H1 B visa transfer in process,can i transfer to H4
Hi all, currently i am in H1 B transfer process,which has already been delayed (today its been 6 months).
I called USCIS and they said they have too many applications and yours is in process.
So i was thinking to transfer to H4 as my husband as approved I-94 so that i will get EAD.

1-can i transfer to H4,without approved I-97(H 1B transfer)
2-can i work for my current employer during the transfer process to H4.
