H1b Cap Exeption for the stamping expired in 2013.
Hi,
I have got my H1B in 2009 till 2012 and I was in the US only for 2 years.
In between I got the H1B extended from another employer from Sep 2011 to Jun 2013.
I came back to India on 2011 , but never traveled back in H1b visa. With my current employer I got B1/B2 visa and stayed in US for 5 months.
My question is, am I eligible for cap-exempt petition with my H1B which got expired in Jun 2013?
If I am eligible then can keep my B1/B2 visa along with H1?
Please advice on this ??
