Hello
My fiance, who graduated from his MBA a few months ago and is now on OPT (non-STEM), has been employed by the government of a city. As a government job is non-profit, I was wondering if it would be considered cap-exempt? I am guessing yes but wanted some clarification or confirmation.
The HR department in the City's office don't have much information about this and have asked him to do some research on this subject himself.
I would really appreciate any responses.
Thanks
Shruti
