Processing time for reviewing RFE on H1B ??

I Received H1B in 2016 lottery, got the RFE in Sep 2016, and RFE documents has been received as shown in the status. Today, It is almost 2 weeks the status is still the same. Do we have any estimate by when the Received RFE will be reviewed ?

Note, this is under regular processing, not the premium processing.

No one can predict. For speedier decision recommended to upgrade to premium.

Is that possible now to upgrade our case to premium processing ? any harm in doing that ?

No SLA

there is no SLA/time limits for RFE processing. You may upgrade to premium processing at any stage, however it has 1250$ fee.
