Joining new company without amendment by previous employer

Hi,

I entered USA in Mar-2016 and I moved to new location for my job in April-2016. And as per my knowledge my current employer (Company A) didn't filed my H1 amendment yet. And now I got offer from another company (Company B) and planning to join. H1 transfer is also approved & completed with company B. Now can I join company B without having amendment filed by my company A? And what if I want to go to India and come back without having H1 amendment filed by company A? Please help me.

Is B's petition approved with new I-94?
