I'm in USA for last 5 years in H4 visa(My husband is in H1 and applied for GC). Now I'm planning to apply for H3 so that I can take some on job training. My questions are :
1. Can I do that?
2. How long the H3 visa is valid?
3. After the H3 period , can I change my status to H4 again?
