Hi,
H1B Visa is expiring on 20 Feb 2017. I have not filed H1 extension yet. I will be travelling to India on 25th Nov to 25th Dec 2016. I have to go for Drop Box in Pune location to get Visa stamp. I have to stamp visa for my family.
Can there be any concern raised by USCIS during drop box? Can they put the application on hold or reject?
While coming back I will have Client letter for 2017(which I will be receiving by 15th Dec 2016) but not at the time of drop box submission.
Please let me know , help will be appreciated.
