h1 status plzz hepl

if my h1 petition was filed while i was in my
home country, and i go to the US on h4 visa, do
I have to go back to my home country for the H1 stamping? or can i change my status from h4 to h1 and work?????

Probably Yes, They mention specifically on your H4 approval, if you have to visit home country.
