h1b transfer and travel

my current company revoke my h1b and i transfer to another company. i have receipt and i also have job, now i need to travel india for personal reason.

i have stamped on my passport of old company .can i just travel and come back based on new company receipt and old company stamped.

please advice me

I dont think so. Upgrade to premium so that you can get approval by the time you leave, or at least the approval comes while you are outside US and you can show the approved petition at the time of return.
