FOIA Act to get Expired H1B peition?

Have anyone used FOIA ACT to get expired H1B petition details? Incase please help me out on the process.

You can get your h1 petition from uscis. you have to do a foia request. Fill the form and email uscis and you would get a cd in approx 6 weeks.

Do you know the form number? G-639? Do we need to specify for what reason we need it?

yes g-639 is the form. You don't have to specify the reason. but in there specify that you need your petition number, for example if you are asking for the petition info specify I-129 document.
