Hi All,
I received a 221g blue letter after a dropbox. I had a employer change while in US and consulate is asking for additional documents some of which are confidential employee/wage information.
The 221G letter said to attend the interview and bring all the documents with the passport, but my employer and lawyer have decided to send all the documents directly to the consulate and asking me to wait to hear from the consulate.
My concern is, since the 221G letter clearly asked me to attend the interview with documents, even if employer sends the document to consulate my case will not be looked in to.
What should I do? Should I just go for the interview with just the passport and I797 and tell the consulate that employer has sent the documents?
or should I just wait?
