My Spouse recently had change of status from L1A to H4 . Her COS approved and she received EAD card as well. I'm on H1B and we both planning to go to Mexico for H1 & H4 Visa stamping. Is my wife eligible for H4 Visa stamping in Mexico or Canada after COS from L1 to H4. Please advise. Thanks...
