hi all.
I am flying in to Chennai for my visa interview for my H1B stamping, and I am looking for hotels to stay.
My mom and Dad are coming as well.
My mom has a visa interview on the same day as I do.
I have been looking for a decent hotel in Chennai, and the room rates are unbelivable.
I was able to stay at the Ceasers Palace in Vegas for $135 per might. I could get a bay front hotel suite in San Diego or at Coronado for $185 including tax.
I stayed at the Embassy Suites in Hawaii for $195 per night on a package we got.
For the rooms I was looking for at Hyatt Regency and the Park, after tax and everything the rates are coming closer to $235+ per night.
Are these rates right?
Could someone kindly recommend me a decent hotel closer to the US Consulate (~1mile) that I could stay with my parents?
