How to Activate my Revoked H1-b visa??

Hi All,

I have an H1b visa with my previous employer, which is currently in revoked status, as I left that company and came to the US on F1 visa. But currently I completed my masters and looking for jobs and I will be on OPT. I want to know how I will be able to activate that H1-B visa? who do i need to contact on this?

Who revoked it, USCIS or the employer, and when was it revoked?
