Hello folks,
Both h1 and h4 cases have been approved for me and spouse in PP. But we don't have any hardcopy yet as of 11/22.
Our current i94 expires 11/27.
However spouse h4, alone wants to travel to India on 12/5. So if we don't get hardcopy of any of h1 or h4, would it be a problem leaving USA?
I can ship or scan/send hard copies once I receive.
Would there be any issues? Or should we wait until hardcopy has been delivered to us?
