Lay off while H1b Transfer is pending approval
Hello,
I would appreciate any helpful responses or experiences. Here's my situation. I recently switched from company A to company B. I started working for company B after they filed for my h1b transfer in regular processing. I have not received approval yet from USCIS. Due to cost cuts in at company B they let me go. What would happen to my h1b now? When I find another job at company c and can they apply for h1b transfer right away?
