Hi All,
I am working in Chicago since May 2015, on a H1B visa validity(Aug-2014 to Aug-2017). The visa is expected to renew in Aug 2017 for 3 more years.
I've to study full-time from Jan 2017 or Aug 2017, so will have to transfer to a F1 visa.
1) After completion of my course, will I be able to convert the F1 back to my approved H1B visa.
2) Is there a time balance required on the unstamped visa.
3) What should be a better time to change from H1B to F1 ( Before or after renewing the H1B next year).
