    HI

    I have my H4 VISA till Aug 2017. My husband has transfered his H1B. We have our I797 TILL jUNE 2018.
    I m planning to travel india in Jan 17 and return is Apr 2017. In this situation do i need to go for Stamping . if not what are documents do i need to carry with me.
