    Expedited visa appointment after attending Funeral in India.

    Hi,
    I had booked for my h1b stamping in Mumbai for January 17, but I had to travel to India to attend Funeral in India. Will I be eligible for taking an expedited appointment to travel back to US, In the US Travel DOC site it is only mentioned about attending funeral in US.
