H1b Visa stamping chances if L1 A balnket rejected

My L1A blanket visa got rejected recently, the reason give by VO is "your visa is clearly not approvalble"
Now I will be attending for my H1 B Visa interview, will L1A blanket rejection has any effect on my H1B chances?
There is a month a gap between my L1 A & H1B visa interviews
Will there be any extra documentation which I need to carry

Note: My H1b & L1 A are from different employers
