What is the best and safe way to get rid of blood sucking employer.
Currently - my H1-b visa extension has received RFE and have time to reply to notice.
In the meantime I have got H1-b approved by well known company B.
a) Now "Company A" reply to USCIS and USCIS decision’s(denied/revoke/...) will it affect already approved "H1-b Visa of Company B"
b) Do we need to adhere to notice period.
c) Is there a way to avoid notice period
d) Can employer A deny paying salary for the previous month?
e) What all necessary documents needs to be get from "Employer A"?
f) Can we overlap two employers
