Hi All,
My I94 and Visa got expired on 09/30/2016 and I already have applied for extension on 02/10/2016 .
I got approved petition (extension) soft copy on 11/21/2016.
When I got the petition soft copy in my hand, I found that its “consular” status (I797B) and left the Country (US) on 11/28/2016.
Now I am going for stamping on 12/08/2016 (Approximately).
What are the questions they will ask for this case?
How can I get my I94 date to my previous expiration date 09/30/2016. so that there is no violation.
How can I apply for nunc pro tunc to get I94 back date.
My main concern that I don't want the 2 months where I have stayed in US is illegal.
