Hi,
I am on H1B visa here in US. I got recruited by US MNC in India and after working 2 years in India, I moved to US with same company. I am now US for around two and half years.
I would like to move back to India now. I also got a job offer in one of India based company.
Now my question is, If I move back to India, do you think my current employer or sponsor will cancel my H1B petition ?
