Hi All,
I have one question on H1-B visa transfer.
My H1-B visa was effective in October 2014. In November 2016, I relocated to another city within the same company. My company filed H1-B amendment for me and it would be completed around April 2017. When it is completed, my H1-B will be extended for another three years as well.
If I move to another company in two months before the amendment petition is completed, will my new company be able to transfer H-1B without any issue?
