NEED IMM HELP !!! H4 VISA Stamping
Hi,
This is my current stand -
a. Entered US via B1/B2
b. Converted into H4 as my wife on H1B
c. Travelling to India during Jan 2017
d. US Consulate appointment for stamping on Jan end
e. **** **** *e Marriage Certificate (Me Christian and She Hindu) through a district Registrar's office
f. No weeding albums or inivtations as it wasnt a traditional marriage and its been 7 years since the happening.
My questions -
a. Her name is in my passport as I have renewed mine during Jan 2015 while her's is still valid. Would this be sufficient along with the marriage certificate?
b. I do not have any joint account but starting one during Jan 2017 will that be an added doc as a proof of marriage?
c. What more can I do to have sufficient docs?
d. Can again few wedding pics in the studio and temple be fine? Or since its an **** **** *e Love marriage which was never a traditional one, Will that be accepted as a n answer by the V.O?
WHAT AM I SUPPOSE TO DO HERE? KINDLY THROW IN ALL POSSIBILITIES THAT CAN BE WORKED OUT FOR ME TO GET THE H4 THROUGH.
