I am currently on H1-B and my max out is May, 2017. I recently got my approved I-797 until 2018 (for me and dependent - H4).
My I-140 has been approved and hence my wife got approved for H4 EAD (with the I-140 of the current petitioner).
What are the implications to the H4-EAD if the primary H1 switches employer (petitioner)? Will H4-EAD still be valid?
Will the H4 EAD be revoked since EAD was issued with the approved I-140 from the previous employer / petitioner?
Will H4 EAD dependent be ok until the next H1-B extension (before which I would need to get another H1 extension and approved I-140 from the new employer / petitioner)?
