H1-Approved I140 EB2 PD in third quarter of 2010 - Job Change Question

I am in a situation where I need to decide between changing jobs and not sure if it is a good move. I have Approved I140 - EB2 with PD in 3rd quarter of 2010.
Is it prudent to switch job (have a lucrative offer) or just stay where I am currently to get through the EAD filing process before thinking about getting out.

Please let me know your thoughts or comments as soon as possible.

    Other questions:
If answer switch: How long can I wait before restarting whole process - 3 months / 6 months or none in your opinion. I understand, no one knows how dates will move.
If answer is don't switch: Any general idea on how dates will move and how long before third quarter of 2010 will be ready for EAD filing. I understand, no set rules, just checking general thoughts from more experienced folks.

As you already know, no one can answer. You have to make a judgment yourself and make up your mind not to repent about the decision down the line. I would say don't let GC hold back your career.
