    H4 - Marriage Certificate and Passport have different names

    Hi,

    My wife has changed her surname in marriage certificate and her passport only has given name.

    I have to get her H4 processed. Now the marriage certificate has changed name and passport has given name.

    Will this cause any issues for H4 processing? Do I need to get her passport updated ?
