Has H4 Visa stamping with old employer, H4 Stamping require with new employer again?

Hi , I am on H1B status ( 2nd employer) , earlier I was on L2 latter moved to H1B (1st employer), since I am in USA my Stamping was not yet done , but for my Spouse( H4) dependent has H4 stamped visa with 1st employer which is valid till Aug 2017. We are planning to travel India for 3 weeks , My questions is
1)Does my spouse (H4 dependent who has valid stamped H4 visa with 1st employer name printed ) need to go for stamping again carrying 2nd employer shared documents(I797,etc) ?
2)Does my spouse (H4 dependent who has valid stamped H4 visa with 1st employer name printed ) need to come with me for H1B stamping to get new visa stamping with 2nd employer name?

No. Her H4 is tied to your H1 status. As long as her H4 is valid, she need not go for stamping again. Please make sure she shows I797 from Employer B at POE.
