Hi All,
My parent company is A and i'm doing consulting for company B through A. Company B wanted to hire me and filed H1B for 2016 quota. It got approved and also, company B mailed me the hard copy of h1b approval. But company B is delaying to get me onboard. So I haven't yet done stamping.
My question is, is it possible to join company C if I get an offer and utilize the H1B filed by Company B? Will there be any problem from company B like revoking / cancelling my approved h1b?
